The aluminum Delran is one of those failures in the motor industry that have caused such a stir that end up becoming a classic of modern times. This goes without saying that all the attention now has this car is due to the media success of the trilogy of “Back to the Future” where the car is a first time machine powered by radioactive material enriched by debris then and now real life, thanks to green energy enthusiasts, with an electric motor.
Although not want to give too much information, the current owners of the rights of Delran are contemplating the possibility of launching a limited number of these specimens electric propulsion with lithium in the near future. It is estimated that the price of one of these specimens would be on the order of about 70 000 Euro, far less than the price of a Frisker and with the addition of “attacking” the emotional side of those who grew up (growing) look forward to having the car Marty Muffle and Emmett Brown.
The prototype car has a range of 160 kilometers, which would make it more or less equivalent to Nissan Leaf, but with better performance on the road, not to mention the style that involves getting to work in the time machine.
The vehicle interior has a high amount of 1985 retro style, but with elements as contemporary as entertainment and navigation system touch screen and application integration that would link the Smartphone with the car.
